Return & Refund Policy

  • At Applejacks Liquor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, Texas law limits when alcoholic beverages can be returned or refunded. Our policy follows all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations and guidance.

1. Returns and Exchanges

  • Under Texas law, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned or exchanged once sold, except in very limited cases.

  • We may replace a product only if it was damaged upon or before delivery, unfit for consumption upon delivery, or part of a manufacturer safety recall or defect.

  • To request a replacement for a damaged or defective item, please contact the store within 48 hours of your purchase or delivery. Please keep your receipt and original packaging for verification.

2. Order Cancellations

  • To cancel an order before it has been delivered, please call the store directly. The phone number is listed at the bottom of our website.

  • Orders canceled after being processed for delivery may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee.

  • Once an order has been delivered, signed for, or accepted, it cannot be refunded or returned unless it meets the conditions listed above in Section 1.

3. Legal Compliance

  • Our policy follows the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code (§101.68, §102.07, and §104.05) and the official TABC bulletin on product refunds and exchanges.

  • All approved exchanges are documented and kept on-site as required by TABC for inspection.
